Our winter Eureka lemons, dates and vanilla walk the line of complexity seamlessly. Dancing between tart, slightly sweet with a hint of bitterness. Cinnamon bark, star anise and cloves have steeped in the mix during the cooking process. This is an adult jam, sophisticated and sensual. A perfect filling for a mini tart, layered inside a sponge cake, over good quality buttery toast, a surprisingly perfect condiment with roast turkey, paired with cream and scones, and of course as an offering on a cheeseboard.

Please note the current batch is slightly more bitter than the last (we prefer it and hope you do too).

Ingredients: Eureka lemons, rainwater, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, citric acid, dates, sunflower oil, queen fair trade vanilla bean seeds & extract (extract contained alcohol which has been cooked out in the marmalade processing).

Storage: refrigerate after opening. Our ‘best before’ dates are written underneath the jars.
