Fresh and zesty, this pickle relish is acidified with lemons to bring a unique tangy experience to your tastebuds. Between the pickle, dill, mustard & onion - we’ve gotta say… it tastes reminiscent of a McDonald’s cheeseburger. Can’t forget to mention the real showstopper here… Kiwanos! Also known as African horned melons (google them, they’re alien looking). These rare and unusual fruits only produce once a year so our preserves are limited & special.

Enjoyed with fish (especially smoked trout), thickly spread over a simple cheese sandwich or toastie, generously dolloped over a burger, a great base for a tartare sauce or served on a cheeseboard.

Ingredients: Kiwanos, brown onions, garlic, green habaneros, white sugar, mustard seeds, citric acid, naturally fermented double strength vinegar, brown sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill fronds, dill seeds, pepper.
