Awarded first place in the pickled vegetable division at the last Maffra Agricultural Show. Tangy and crunchy, these zucchini pickles are a staple. Can’t go past a thick layer over a cheese toastie (with ham if you’re that way inclined), great on burgers, perfectly suited to a cheese board, as a simple side on their own, in a macro bowl or as a topping over loaded fries.
