Unique and full of flavour, this piccalilli is pumped full of our fermented Meyer lemons, aged for no less than 7 years. We’re honoured to be able to bring you ingredients of such quality. Roasted cumin and coriander seeds, bay leaves, garlic and little slithers of chillies add an interesting depth of flavour. We notice the roasted elements elevate the fresh components, while the fresh components lift up and intensify the aromatics of the spices. The texture is dense and crunchy, the perfect way to top off a soft, slow cooked curry; think mini papadams, dollops of curry, a drizzle of sour cream and a pinch of piccalilli - pure heaven. This condiment is also a satisfying addition to a loaded baked potato, or a warm middle eastern rice salad, or simply paired with sharp cheese.
