Aged for 3 years, these salt fermented Meyer lemons pack a flavour punch of floral, salty acidity and a little goes a long way. Simply thinly slice or crush the pulp and soft rind into recipes. Traditionally created by the Moroccans but suits a wide variety of cuisines, from dips, roasted vegetables, couscous salads, to fish, chicken and all meats in between. Try crushing a piece with garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, chilli & olive oil for a flexible flavour combination.
