Let us introduce you to our new obsession. If you’ve never tasted a sunchoke (aka Jerusalem artichoke) before, they’re a flavour hybrid between a caramelised onion and a crispy potato. We roasted the sunchokes low and slow with our sustainably harvested firewood, drawing out excess moisture and condensing the natural sugars and flavours from the root vegetable. Paired with our smoked jalapeños (chipotle), wild garlic & lemon juice - you’ll want to pour its goodness over everything.
