Our rich, sun ripened tomatoes have been transformed into our beautiful, thick, spicy ketchup influenced by the flavours of the Mexican chocolomo stew. While it is a unique twist on ketchup, you’ll notice many familiar notes reminiscent of a classic tomato ketchup.
Aged for months, with roasted spices this thick sauce is bold in flavour yet accessible. Perfect drizzled over your crispy potatoes, phenomenal topping for a pie, a burger (of course paired with our pickled relish), or slathered over a scrambled egg focaccia.

Ingredients: tomatoes, sherry vinegar, zucchini, brown sugar, habaneros, citric acid, chives, spring onions, brown onions, garlic, red wine vinegar, naturally fermented white vinegar, tomatillos, brown vinegar, herbs & spices.

Storage: store in the fridge after opening. Our best before dates are written underneath the bottles. Please note the cloth and string tops are fully biodegradable and can happily be popped in the compost.
