We can't wait for you to try this one! Perhaps our favourite chutney yet. Hot, sweet and savoury - what more could you want?! Courgettes have been carefully candied for months to ensure they'd hold their body to create a chunky, thick chutney. Our pink lady apples have been grated into the mix to add another dimension, they pair perfectly with the tomatillos to balance the flavour and bring a bit of tang.

If you know what's good for you, don't serve a cheeseboard without this. Also perfectly suited to a breakfast egg focaccia. Why not heat a couple of tablespoons up in a pan with a dash of water and soy sauce and create a sticky glaze to coat your chicken wings in?! Don't forget to top the wings with sesame seeds, delish!
