The floral notes of this seasons foraged saffron milk cap mushrooms pair perfectly with our tart apples and balsamic vinegar in this chunky chutney. Pops of mustard seeds and crunch from onions bring textural elements to cut through the unique meatiness of the pine mushrooms. Beautiful eaten with sharp cheese on a crisp cracker or spotted overtop of a puff pastry tart with crumbled feta.

Ingredients: saffron milk cap mushrooms, Granny Smith apples, olive oil, brown onions, salt, bay leaves, mustard seeds, balsamic vinegar, thyme, brown sugar, raw sugar, garlic, ginger, sultanas, apple cider vinegar, cayenne chillies, chilli flakes, citric acid, white vinegar, celery seeds, pepper.

Please note the raisins were packaged in a facility that also deals with nuts.
