This crunchy, salty pickle relish is made with some local lager we had left over after a big night, but fear not, the alcohol has been cooked out so this pickle relish is for everyone!
Enjoy it slathered inside a cheese toastie, spotted over your eggs, on a ham sandwich, tossed through a potato salad, or with a decadent hotdog or pastry.
