This one is for the heat lovers! Carefully handled beetroot & apricots have been slowly candied to create a thick jammy condiment. Sweet & spicy, this unique conserve can be used in a never ending list of tasty ways.
Use as a bold alternative to sweet chilli sauce with your spring rolls, coat some chicken wings in it for a sticky punchy dish (maybe add some soy sauce and sesame seeds too). The desiccated candied beetroot make the perfect spicy rim of a margarita, as the sweet chamoy element in a michelada or any other way you’d use chamoy (think over some fresh mango or even tacos). All that being said, a drizzle over some cream cheese enjoyed with crackers can't be beaten.
