This is a new favourite which we doubt we’ll ever stop making. Meeting somewhere in between a pickle and pickled relish - this sweet & tangy condiment is popping with crunch. Thinly sliced onions and speckled mustard and celery seeds enhance flavour. Thinly spread over a cheese toastie, mix through to elevate a creamy potato salad or coleslaw, dollop over a quiche, hotdogs, in burgers, serve on a charcuterie board, over steak and bbq meat or enjoy straight from the jar. You can’t go wrong.
