These beetroots have been through a wild summer hailstorm and managed to keep going and growing and we're damn proud of them. Shining in this bbq sauce, the grilled beets keep their familiar earthy flavour while being lifted and enhanced with our Manuka smoked onions, spices and dense homemade caramel. Thicker and sweeter than our prior smoked beetroot bbq sauce yet still wildly better than your average sickly store bought bbq condiment. Don't miss out on this one!

Use as the base of a chicken or bacon pizza, poured over a pork roast, toss through a salad, drench a classic burger with flavour, pair with a sharp cheese on a charcuterie board, or simply next to some crispy roast veggies.

Please note this batch is thinner in consistency to our first caramel beet bbq sauce - but fear not it still packs all the same flavour.

Ingredients: Manuka smoked onions, beetroot, naturally fermented brown vinegar, apple cider vinegar, salt, molasses, brown sugar, sultanas, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil, garlic, citric acid, herbs & spices.

Storage: shelf stable in a cool, dark location; although if you notice any effervescence it indicates that fermentation has started back up, not a problem - simply store in the fridge. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the bottles.
