Juices extracted, fermented, balanced and loved. We’re so happy with this new creation. Intended to be mixed with olive oil, this dressing is wildly good on a goats cheese and bitter radicchio salad with crushed walnuts. But don’t stop there, toss your veg in it prior to roasting, marinate meats, splash over fish. Tangy, slightly sweet, with a bite from the fermented onions. Try this bold combination.
Note: A ratio of 2 parts dressing to 1 part olive oil is a great place to start, but alter to your taste preferences.
