Inspired by the intersection between Sorbo San Basile (the town next to Fossato) and the initial moments when cooking a meal: when the onions are caramelised and you start to mix in your garlic and herbs. All the fragrant flavours combine, wafting through the house and someone excitedly comes in asking “what‘s that delicious smell?”.
This unbelievably good and extremely versatile seasoning boasts bold, punchy garlic and rich umami flavours from our lovage, with undertones of Diavolicchio chilli, bayleaf and pepper. Add to all things savoury.

Ingredients: lovage, garlic, salt, brown sugar, onion, bayleaf, Diavolicchio chilli, pepper, celery seeds.

Storage: a cool, dry place free of humidity. Please note we don’t use any anti-caking agents and this seasoning is 'dank'. A little clumping is normal, particles can be easily broken up between your fingers.
