This hotsauce tastes like home. Inspired by the flavours of Calabria, particularly our families hometown of Fossato Serralta. The chilli that does all the heavy lifting in this condiment is the famous Diavolicchio, which is shaped like a devils horn. Bay leaves grown from a cutting brought straight from the homeland give the gift of connection. All purpose, this is a real pantry staple that packs a hit.

Ingredients: diavolicchio chilli, cayenne, garlic, organic xanthan gum, sugar, salt, naturally fermented white vinegar, herbs & spices.

Storage: shelf stable in a cool, dark location; although if you notice any effervescence it indicates that fermentation has started back up, not a problem - simply store in the fridge. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the jars.
