If you’re a fan of marinated grilled peppers this one’s for you. Originally intended to end up as a mild sauce, we couldn’t help but keep adding our incredible lemon drop chillies to the mix - resulting in a pretty hot yet moreish sauce. Moreish meaning you just want to keep pouring on more, more and more. This thick hotsauce will add a fresh, grilled and acidic flavour to whatever needs an extra kick. Marinate your lamb in it, add to your kebabs, a dollop in your pasta sauce, mix with greek yogurt to make a healthy dip, or even simply spread over some quality crusty bread with a good drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy this multi purpose condiment, we sure do!

Ingredients: long yellow peppers, lemon drop chillies, brown onions, naturally fermented white vinegar, garlic, raw sugar, salt, olive oil, herbs & spices.

Storage: shelf stable in a cool, dark location; although if you notice any effervescence it indicates that fermentation has started back up, not a problem - simply store in the fridge. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the jars.
