Our simple yet effective ingredients really show off in this one, taking centre stage is our locally & sustainably foraged saffron milk cap mushrooms, our garlic and habaneros. The combination results in a beautifully balanced, tangy, spicy & unique culinary experience. It shines smeared over good quality bread topped with extra virgin olive oil & cracked pepper. Elevate a cheese toastie with a thin layer inside, add to your stir-fry, phō, a tablespoon or 2 in your pasta sauce, your ravioli stuffing, accompanying a cheeseboard, spooned over steak, burgers & pizza. Our desiccated chilli & mushroom condiment is really versatile & limitless.
