Our current hot orgy sauce is made up of an amalgamation of well aged heat-givers. Our current celebration of garden diversity boasts lemon drop chillies from Peru, stunningly zesty and fresh; African birdseye most famously used in Mozambican Peri Peri; Diavolicchio and Sigaretta Ristra from Calabria, commonly used in Nduja and Calabrian salami; red cap mushroom chilli of the Caribbean; Diablos from Mexico; and all the classics; habaneros, ghost peppers, jalapeños and cayennes - making this a very hot orgy. Enjoy the fruity, fleshy fun.

Ingredients: various chillies, brown sugar, garlic, herbs & spices, organic xanthan gum, naturally fermented white vinegar, salt.
Storage: shelf stable in a cool, dark location; although if you notice any effervescence it indicates that fermentation has started back up, not a problem - simply store in the fridge. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the jars.
