Lemon marmalade kicked up a notch. Our fruity and super hot orange habaneros are right at home in this sweet and textured marmalade. Nothing is wasted in the making of this spicy spread - made using both the rind and juice of the famous Eureka lemon, the notorious acidity isn’t dulled by sugars, as we paired back the sweetness to let the hints of pleasant bitterness and other ingredients shine. Ginger root fills in the gaps between the lemon and habanero. Beautiful over buttery toast, mixed into your lemon chicken marinade, over creamy scones or cheesy bagels.

Dark fleck inside the jar?! Don’t worry, it’s just a discoloured chilli seed. Eat up!
