Notes of bitterness from the lime rind finished with delicate floral hints from the locally made pure rosewater. Generously spread over buttery toast, add to a Swiss roll or fingerprint cookies, top over pancakes and ice cream, or even pair with good quality sharp cheese on a charcuterie board.
