A new one for ya’ll, yet a staple for us! Usually reserved just for our pantry, we’re happy to have grown enough to share. (Put your own life mask on before you assist others).

They may smell a bit like farts but we promise the radishes and mustard seed’s peppery notes, the umami undertones of lovage, the tangy and pleasantly sweet brine all dance perfectly together on your tastebuds.

A texture meeting somewhere in between a pickle and pickled relish. This condiment is free of onion, garlic and chilli for those with sensitivities, yet still holding a full on flavour. Phenomenal served as a garnish over a warming stew or as a crunchy element in tacos (a favourite of ours); superb layered inside a cheese toastie; dice and mix throughout a creamy potato salad or coleslaw; dollop over a quiche, hotdogs, in burgers; serve on a charcuterie board, over steak and bbq meat or enjoy straight from the jar. You can’t go wrong.
