These award winning pickles are our take on a standard bread and butter pickle but with our go-to flavour profile - tangy, spicy, aromatic with hints of garlic. We use tannins from foraged blackberry and fig leaves which aid in a natural crunch, no need for the chemical firming agents that factory produced brine contains. Best chilled before consuming. They’re some good ass pickles.
