zucchini pickle relish with lemon & dill. 500ml
Crunchy & zesty, you can’t go wrong with this fresh flavoured pickle relish - tons of lemons and dill have been packed into the jars to really lock in the taste of summer. One of our favourite ways to use this pickle relish is to simply mix it up with some aioli to make the perfect tartar. Phenomenal in a quiche, a cheesy omelette, over roasted potatoes, a tart, potato hash, in a sandwich, topped over fish or as a side on its own. Highly recommended.

Ingredients: zucchini, garlic, onion, salt, mustard seeds, naturally fermented white vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, pepper, brown sugar, dill.
