Smoky with slightly bitter notes from the coffee and just the right amount of heat - we want you to be able to slather this on to get the most out of the flavour without being in physical pain from the habaneros. It wouldn’t be fair on us if we didn’t mention that the onions were cold smoked with sustainably harvested black wattle and hand cut plum chips sourced from our property. This hotsauce enhances steak, ribs, crispy potatoes, burgers, morning eggs and more. A versatile hotsauce despite the unusual flavour combinations.

Ingredients: tomatillos, brown onions smoked with sustainably sourced black wattle & hand cut plum, white vinegar, salt, UTZ certified sustainable & fair-trade coffee, brown sugar, herbs & spices, xanthan gum, citric acid, habaneros, garlic.

Storage: stable in a cool, dark pantry. Although if you notice any effervescence it indicates that fermentation has started back up, not a problem - simply store in the fridge. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the jars.
