This sauce will take you on a journey from tingling sensations to smokey undertones, a stop by tartness, then onto a punch of heat at the final destination. Our seasonal Eureka lemons really show off in this one, but that doesn’t detract from our deep red rhubarb that’s been smoked with our homegrown, sustainably harvested, black wattle charcoal and hand cut lemon wood chips.
Enjoy over anything, she’s versatile.

Ingredients: smoked rhubarb, lemon zest, lemon juice, brown onions, red onions, spring onions, brown vinegar, white vinegar, double strength vinegar, garlic, citric acid, nutmeg, pepper, ginger, all spice, cloves, cinnamon, smoked habaneros.
