This sauce will take you on a journey from tingling sensations to smokey undertones, a stop by tartness, then onto a punch of heat at the final destination. Our seasonal Eureka lemons really show off in this one, but that doesn’t detract from our deep red rhubarb that’s been smoked with our homegrown, sustainably harvested, black wattle charcoal and hand cut lemon wood chips.
Enjoy over anything, she’s versatile.

Ingredients: smoked rhubarb, lemon zest, lemon juice, brown onions, spring onions, brown vinegar, naturally fermented white vinegar, garlic, citric acid, herbs & spices, habaneros, salt.

Storage: shelf stable in a cool, dark location; although if you notice any effervescence it indicates that fermentation has started back up, not a problem - simply store in the fridge. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the jars.
