Apples 3 ways; stewed, grilled & smoked. This was a serious process that resulted in one of the best sauces we’ve ever created. The apples, habaneros & salt were smoked with our own black wattle charcoal and plumb wood chips hand cut from our orchid. Our pink lady apples bring the perfect sweetness while the tomatillos lift the flavour with their acidity and the habaneros bring a fruity heat that we adore. You need to taste it to understand our passion for this creation. Our spicy smoked apple & tomatillo BBQ sauce shines with ribs & brisket, burgers, bacon & eggs, fries and cheese platters.

Ingredients: pink lady apples, habaneros, rain water, brown sugar, raw sugar, white vinegar, brown vinegar, apple cider vinegar, herbs & spices, salt, sultanas, smoked salt, onions, olive oil, garlic.

Storage: stable in a cool, dark pantry. Although if you notice any effervescence it indicates that fermentation has started back up, not a problem - simply store in the fridge. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the jars.
