Our twist on the fermented Sriracha - despite the world shortage of the iconic hotsauce, we're not trying to replace it… just giving y'all options! Our ingredients have been ageing and transforming together since early summer which brings the depth of flavour and heat that you’ll experience when devouring this sauce. Made to enhance a wide variety of dishes. Perfect with, but not limited to, Asian cuisine, fish, chips, burgers and meat.

Ingredients: diablo chillies, cayenne chillies, ghost peppers, habanero, jalapeño, garlic, onion, tomatoes, salt, raw sugar, white wine vinegar, white vinegar, citric acid, herbs & spices.

Storage: refrigerate this one as it may have a propensity to start up fermentation again and we want to avoid any explosions.
