A creation we've wanted to undertake for years is finally here. Days of careful processing is necessary to capture the crunch of rhubarb, a vegetable notorious for softening in minutes under some heat. Perfectly balanced with cracked pepper, a little onion and beautiful balsamic vinegar (among other secret spices). Elevate your cheddar cheese toastie, sandwiches and burgers, toss through your salad or serve by a roast turkey as a cranberry sauce alternative.
