The roasted coffee gives a sensational spin on the freshness of the crunchy shredded cucumber, pleasant bitter notes balance with the floral and zesty thyme. Smash this thickly inside a brekky focaccia with crispy maple spiked bacon, pop inside a cheese toastie, incredible over a loaded baked potato with sour cream, even tossed through a warm couscous salad with pine nuts and dried cranberries.
