Freshness is locked and loaded in these bottles. Heat from our late season green chillies zings through the delicate flavour of the kiwanos, yet without overpowering the taste of the unique fruits (something like a sweet cucumber mixed with pineapple). Spring onions and tart lemons sit back as an integral support for the main flavours. A versatile hotsauce that will suit a variety of dishes. Pairs beautifully on avocado toast, or drizzled over a goats cheese and radicchio salad.

Storage: shelf stable in a cool, dark location; although if you notice any effervescence it indicates that fermentation has started back up, not a problem - simply store in the fridge. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the jars.
