A sexy amalgamation of the many varieties of chillies we grow, paired with just the right amount of herbs and salt to allow you to liberally dose this seasoning over whatever savoury dish you please without overpowering your recipe.

Ingredients: various chillies, garlic, herbs & spices, naturally fermented white vinegar, brown sugar, salt.

Storage: shelf stable in a cool, dry location. Our 'best before' dates are written underneath the jars.

Note: this seasoning is denser than our others, so even though the weight of our seasonings are always 40g; the jars may appear less full but still nonetheless packed with flavour. Enjoy!
