lemon, calendula & zucchini jam. 250ml


This unusual combination somehow just works. Zucchini’s are excellent flavour carriers that allow the tartness from the lemons and the sugars sweetness to shine. Calendula petals have a long list of medicinal properties. Slather this jam over buttery crusty bread, dollop on porridge, pile it up on pancakes, ice cream, use it to fill a tart or even a Chinese lemon chicken marinade.

Jam colour can also vary from batch to batch, this is due to darker yellow zucchini's or more orange than yellow calendula petals available the day of harvest - it's the beauty of small batch creations!

Ingredients: zucchini, lemon juice, lemon rind, calendula petals, raw sugar, rain water, citric acid.
