Sweet & tangy bay leaf syrup here to meet your needs. The bay leaves used are extra special to us, as the tree cutting was brought to Australia when Nonno immigrated 65 years ago.

Our syrup is sensational over fresh berries, pancakes, drizzled over good quality vanilla ice cream, porridge, the dressing for a warm wild rice salad, used to caramelise onions, the sauce for gamey meats like duck, turkey, rabbit & venison. The syrup also makes a phenomenal base for a sophisticated cocktail or refreshing drink. Another option is to mix our bay leaf syrup with a good glug of hotsauce to make a sweet chilli sauce with a twist, stunning accompaniment for Asian cuisine or pored over cream cheese on a platter.

Please note, any floating particles are naturally occurring & a sign of a healthy fermented vinegar.
